Spell Check and Grammar Check in Word

You don't want your documents to be as full of spelling and grammar errors as this website do you? There is a way to avoid this. Learn to use the spell check and grammar check built-in to Microsoft Word. They told you how important it was in school and I am telling you now. Spell check your documents.

Reasons to use Check Spelling and Grammar in Word:
  • Avoid looking like an idiot
  • Appear to be careful when doing work
  • The computer does all the work and it requires no effort from you

So your spelling and grammar is a little rusty, no problem! I wonder if that is a complete sentence. Grammar check will tell me.

How to Check Your Word Ducuments for Spelling Errors:

  1. Open Microsoft Word.(How do I open microsoft word?)
  2. Type in some text. (preferably coherent sentences)
  3. Click on "Tools" on the menu bar.
  4. Click on "Spelling and Grammar..."
  5. As the computer finds errors or words not in the dictionary. It will alert you and you will have to make a decision on whether to change the word to a new suggested word or keep the current word.
  6. Eat a donut.
