Formatting text is one of the most basic yet useful
functions in Word. We will look at how to underline, bold,
italicize, change font size, and
change font color of text.
Highlight the text you would like to change font face.
Click on the arrow beside the "Times New Roman" (current
font face) on the formatting toolbar.
Click on the desired font face. We will chose Arial.
Or
Click Format on the menu bar.
Click Font.
The format font window will pop-up. Click the desired font face.
Click OK.
