Formatting text is one of the most basic yet useful
functions in Word. You can make professional looking documents using
simple text formatting. We will look at how to underline,
bold, italicize, change
font size, and change font color
of text.
Highlight the text you would like to change font face.
Click on the arrow beside the "Times New Roman" (current
font face) on the formatting toolbar. Select the new font.

Click Format on the menu bar.
Click Font.
The format font window will pop-up. Click the arrow to the right of
"Font Color".
Click the desired colour. We will chose red.
Click OK.
