Text Alignment in Excel

Text alignment is not as useful in Excel as it is in Word. The most useful alignment in Excel is centering text.

There are four different alignment option: left align, right align, center, justified.

I think we will concentrate on centering and a special button called merge and center. You can still use the other alignment options but they aren't that useful for text.

I will show you cell alignment in a later lesson. Now that is something.

Use center and/or center and merge for your headers or sub-titles or footers or any other text you see fit.
