You are working with multiple windows and want to see them both at the same time.

You
can't see all the text in the window - resize the window:
You have a window open but you can't see all the text and this isn't a
scrolling issue. You want a bigger window but not full screen. Time to
dance.
The window has a bottom right corner. Go to it.
Hover around the corner moving slightly over it until your cursor changes to a double sided diagonal arrow and stop.
Left Click and hold.
Now move your mouse around to see the different ways you can change window size.
Release the mouse button when you are happy with the size. (keep
your mind out of the gutter)

Go to the botttom right corner.
Hover around the corner moving slightly over it until your cursor changes to a double sided diagonal arrow and stop.
Left Click and hold.
Now resize the window so it only covers half of the screen.
Release the mouse button when you are satisfied with the size. (no, just no)
Repeat the same steps for the other window but make it cover the opposite half of the screen.

Open Windows Explorer.
Super Shortcut #1: Press the windows key + E at the same time.
On the right side, there will be a bunch of columns. You can resize them using the same method as above. There will be a different arrow though.
Hover between the columns "Name" and "Date Modified" until you see a double sided sideways arrow and stop.
Left Click and hold.
Now resize the column.
Release the mouse button when you are satisfied with the new column size.
