Printing Image Tutorials
- Previewing what your document will look like when it prints.
- You only want to print part of a file,
document or web pages.
- You want to print the page sideways (landscape).

Previewing
what your document will look like when it prints (Print Preview):
You have a file open. You want to print it. You really wish you could
see what it would look like when you print it. Will it be on one page?
Which direction will it print in? Is it worth risking the ink? Worse yet
think of the trees. Preview.
- Left click on File on the menu bar.

- Click on Print Preview.

- Looks ok. Click on the picture of the printer.

- Doesn't look good, play with the options. Here they are.
You only want to print part of a file,
document or web pages:

You want to print the page sideways (landscape).
Especially useful when printing spreadsheets, charts and pictures.
- Click on File on the menu bar.

- Click on Print.

- Click on Preferences.

- Select the landscape option.
- Click "Ok".

- Click Print.

- Now just sit back and enjoy the landscape.
Printing multiple copies of a document.
Need a few extra copies of that document. No problem.
- Click on File on the menu bar.

- Click on Print.

- Increase the number of copies.
- Click Print.

Changing paper size...letter and legal and A4, oh my.
So you figure they have all these different paper sizes for a reason and maybe you should use them. Fine.
- Click on File on the menu bar.

- Click on Print.

- Click on Preferences.

- Select the paper size. It may be on another tab than the first one.
This section strongly depends on the printer.
- Click "Ok".

- Click Print.
